Ms. Kendall is an environmental scientist and regulatory specialist concentrating in wetlands ecology, stormwater management, water quality, and regulatory compliance. Ms. Kendall’s responsibilities have included the design and construction oversight of stormwater wetlands and wetland replication areas, preparation of regulatory submissions, agency liaison services, and wetland delineation.

Ms. Kendall has nine years of experience with wetland delineation and permitting at the local, state and federal level. Ms. Kendall coordinates closely with engineers regarding the planning of stormwater best management practices and the design of stormwater wetlands for development of residential, commercial and R&D/office projects. In addition, Ms. Kendall has planning experience with Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) and has written the wetlands and stormwater sections of Draft and Final Environmental Impact Reports.
