Mr.
Bridge is a senior ecologist and regulatory specialist concentrating
in wetlands and vernal pool ecology, environmental studies, stormwater
management, and regulatory compliance. As a senior project manager,
Mr. Bridge’s responsibilities have included the development
of regulatory strategies, preparation of regulatory submissions,
agency liaison services, issue resolution, quality assurance/quality
control, preparation of environmental documentation, directing
environmental studies and providing regulatory guidance concerning
compliance with the various federal, state, and local environmental
statutes, regulations, and programs.
During
Mr. Bridge’s 25 years of federal agency/consulting experience,
he has been involved with numerous complex and controversial regulatory
actions and many environmental studies involving a wide range
of public and private sector projects throughout the Northeast
including site development, conservation, transportation, energy,
remediation, peer review and legal support services. In addition
to having directed and developed several approved wetland mitigation
plans, Mr. Bridge is responsible for having successfully guided
many projects through the federal and state permitting process
and having resolved several wetland enforcement actions by working
closely with the regulatory agencies.
