Ms.
Caledonia is an Environmental Scientist with Mason & Associates,
Inc., experienced in wetlands and regulatory compliance and municipal
open space planning and protection. She has experience in reviewing
and monitoring various projects including wetland resource delineations,
proposed construction activities, and proposed wetland replication
and restoration plans.
As
Conservation Agent for the Town of Dighton her efforts resulted
in the formation and oversight of a unified Open Space and Recreation
Plan Sub-Committee, and the development of a comprehensive five
year Open Space and Recreation Action Plan for the Town of Dighton,
MA. Ms. Caledonia used Geographic Information Systems to develop
town maps. She continued her work to implement the Action Plan
by proposing a unique home rule bill to start an open space fund
in the Town of Dighton. This resulted in its adoption by the United
States Congress.
